Arite...this place was much nicer than the Claireville stadium where a few of the morpeth.tk people had been too. Jarrow was loads nicer. Anyway, it wasn't exactly a crackin' atmosphere but it'd do. Good old Selby was there (who incidently...didn't race due to a dicky hamstring - which was defo the right decision because it wud have been suicdal to risk an injury at a small meeting like that, and also in pretty cac conditions too like - headwind all the way down the final straight - ) So this left just Andrew and Kurt from the junior men team, sponsered by morpeth.tk Andrew won the 3000m convincingly in 9.58 making that a PB - which will easily be smashed with a little bit of competion bearing in mind he had no one to run with past the first 400m. Selby's not bad with the old morpeth.tk Camera Kurt was also due to run the 800m, but chose at the last minute to run the 1500m too.  Anyway, he won both, see the pics where u can see the lead he had in both
