Northern Athletics 2 Sorry No Photos :-( The second meeting of the 'Northern Athletics League' was held at Sheepmount Stadium, Carlisle. Sorry no photos because we forgot the camera... Nevermind. Selby grabbed a new PB. 10.8 (roughly) which was class even with a nice tail wind.  Selby won the 100m, but found the 200m slightly tougher finished in still an excellent 2nd.  Selby once again showed his shear dominance and class however by bringing the penultimate leg round for a last man to bring a glory finish in 2nd Place. Andrew also grabbed a PB of 10.37 for the 3000m Steeplechase.  Knocking 15 secs from the previous one. Chris found it hard, but still fought throughout in the 1500m. Gareth had also had a hard day finishing the 400m Hurdles and 3000m Steeplechase in disappoiting times. Sean however did extremely well to cover 7500m in total doing the 1500m and 5000m was a class day of raceing for him. Anyway, am sunburnt here cause it was well hot. and we just wait for the next meetin where we can improve our times.
