Blyth Valley 10
Ok..So we havnt got any photos of wer actually during the race - but we have got some beforehand. Basically there are no decent ones cause wer cameraman was runnin' Never mind. The ones we have got are here anyway, and lok a bit like this: (and I no i cant spel)
Arite so it was a kanny nice day but a bit windy. It was Andrew n Gareth (and kirk) runnin it from the junior men with the aim of goin sub 60 (Andrew n Gaz). Which wez did.
Well...what can we say. A fastest mile of 5.16 (1st Mile) and then 5.42 (6 mile) were wer fastest with our slowest bein a shockin 6.11 *tut tut* along the coast, but those fast miles helped to keep wer time under 1 hour and we cam in together at:
Gareth - 58.06
Andrew - 58.07
Kirk - 53.54
Perhaps Under 56 next year???? And no thats not an age group - its a time...
